$35 Sports and Camp Physicals

Sports and Camp Physicals - $35

If your child participates in summer athletics or camps, they will often be required to undergo a physical examination for clearance to participate. Our medical providers can perform a thorough physical exam and handle any necessary paperwork.

Sports and Camp physicals are important to assess a child’s fitness level, overall health, and risk of injury. A physical is an excellent opportunity to monitor a child's general well-being and growth.

What to expect

Sports physical exams will vary based on the child’s age. During the visit, you can expect:

• Assessment of your child’s height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and BMI

• Examination of your child’s skin, eyes, ears, nose, and throat, lymph nodes, heart, lungs, and abdomen

• Evaluation of your child’s joints, muscles, and spine

• Discussion about the medical history of your child and your family

What to bring

You should bring a list of any medications your child takes, including prescription medications and over-the-counter medicines.
