• What do providers screen for during routine checkups?

  Your provider will take an overview of your health by looking in your eyes, nose, and mouth, checking your reflexes, feeling for lumps, and so forth.

• What happens if my AFC provider finds a problem during my checkup?

  We’ll help you take the next steps if anything needs further attention. Most of our locations have an in-house lab, so we’re able to do many tests and prescribe the right medications on-site. Most patients don’t need to return for a second visit.

• Who will perform my AFC physical?

  We work with countless highly-qualified providers, including doctors and nurses, who are able to provide you with comprehensive physical exams.
