Deirdra Pearce, FNP-BC

Deirdra Pearce is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner trained at George Washington University in Washington, DC. She has worked in nursing for 25 years, with the past 6 years dedicated to practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in both family practice and urgent care settings. She is passionate about connecting with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Supporting people in achieving optimal wellness—and helping them feel their best—is truly at the heart of her work.

When she's not caring for patients, Deirdra can usually be found spending time with her black lab Tonka, her beagle Whiskey, and a good book. She loves horses, the outdoors, and taking in the beauty of Colorado. Life also stays wonderfully busy thanks to her children, grandchildren, and her amazing husband.

Kevin Ralls, DNP, FNP-C

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

Is a Primary Care and Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner who has been caring for patients since 2013. He completed all of his training at the University of Arizona, where he earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree. He believes great medicine begins with human connection. At every visit, Kevin aims to build trust, listen, and create a tangible and personal care experience - one where patients feel valued, understood, and empowered in their health decisions. Kevin provides preventative wellness care, chronic disease management, and same-day urgent care services with an emphasis on good bedside manner and evidence-based practice.

Kevin lives in Denver with his family. When he's not in the clinic, he enjoys snowboarding, exploring local breweries, cooking, and traveling.
