Pricing for other treatments can vary based on your needs. A GENERAL range for services is below. Each tier includes the base visit rate.

  • Tier 1 Care - $210
    • Single Dose of Oral/Topical Medication
    • Includes 2 of the following point-of-care tests: RSV, COVID-19 antigen test, glucose finger stick, urinalysis, flu testing, pregnancy testing, mono, strep, etc.
    • Suture Removal
  • Tier 2 Care - $250
    • All services included in Tier 1
    • Single service/procedure or Single Therapeutic Injection Application (some limitations apply).
    • Example procedures: Ear lavage, X-Ray, EKG
  • Tier 3 Care - $350 and up
    • All services included in Tiers 1 and 2.
    • One (1) of the following procedures or services: laceration or wound repair, nail procedures, abscess drainage, IV therapy, splinting, urinary procedures, abscess drainage, etc.

    Note: None of the above Tiers include send-out labs, vaccinations or medical equipment such as splints, boots, crutches, etc.

  • Follow-Up Visits - $70
    • Return for the same reason (within 10 days), lab results, wound checks
