    FACEP, FAAEM Rajesh Gupta, MD, FACEP, FAAEM, is the Medical Director at AFC Urgent Care in Yorktown Heights, NY and 149th Street, Bronx NY. Dr. Gupta is board certified in Emergency Medicine and was an Associate Director of Emergency Medicine at White Plains Hospital. He holds a Doctorate in Medicine from Government Medical College in Jammu, India. Dr. Gupta received his residency in General Surgery and Emergency Medicine at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, NY. He has several academic appointments, which include: Assistant Professor, Emergency Medicine at New York Medical College, Valhalla Clinical Assistant Professor, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine Research Director Emergency Medicine, New York Medical College, Valhalla Core Faculty Member, Emergency Medicine Residency, New York Medical College Dr. Gupta specializes in Emergency Medicine and has his licensure in Connecticut, California, New York, New Jersey, and Utah.

    MPH, FAAFP Board certified in Family Medicine, Reginald D. Hughes, MD, MPH, FAAFP, brings nearly 20 years of experience to AFC Urgent Care Bronx 149th, 15 of those years in Jamaica Hospital; where he served as an adjunct professor of family medicine/attending physicians in the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and as an attending physician in the Emergency Medicine Department. Dr. Hughes holds a BS Ch.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and received his MD in Family Medicine from the University Of Alabama School Of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. His Family Medicine Residency was completed at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, Queens, NY and his Fellowship in Obstetrics was at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Hughes also received his Masters of Public Health from the American Military University, American Public University System in Charles Town, West Virginia. In addition to his impressive education and work experience Dr. Hughes serves in the US Army Reserve. He began his military service in 1999 where he worked in the 344th Combat Support Hospital; he was responsible for combat triage, emergency medical and general hospital services for US Army operations. Following his time in the 344th he became a Deputy Command Surgeon in the 353rd Civil Affairs Command where he is responsible for command health readiness for global deployments and for public health planning for Civil Military Operations.
