I visited AFC Urgent Care in Aston today for the first time even though I live just minutes away. I thought I had something stuck in my eye but turns out it was conjunctivitis. The facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly from check-in to discharge, and the PA who I saw today, Graham, was very thorough with asking about symptoms, then numbing my eye and checking for a scratched cornea with dye and a black light. I’ve had pink eye before, but it never felt like something being stuck. Although they were super busy today and my total time there was approx 1.5 hours, I didn’t feel rushed by Graham and truly got the sense that he cares about his patients. I would definitely return if and when the need arises. Thank you for a great experience.
