The different types of screenings that can be included in our yearly physical exam are:

Obesity can lead to a range of health problems. One of the best ways to pick up on obesity is with a BMI check. Your Body Mass Index measures the percentage of body fat and is based on your height and weight.

STD tests are Routinely offered within yearly physical exams. These include tests for gonorrhoea, syphilis and chlamydia.

For those people with a blood pressure that is higher than 135/80, a diabetes test may be recommended. Diabetes is known to cause issues throughout your body. This includes problems with your eyes, feet, kidneys, nerves and heart.

You may find a HIV test is recommended for you during your yearly physical exam. This is often suggested:

Urgent care is for medical conditions that require prompt attention but do not pose an immediate threat to your health or life.
