Telecare in Sarasota at AFC Urgent Care

Welcome to our new AFC TeleCare page!

In an effort to minimize the spread of infection, we are now able to provide you with an opportunity to hold a TeleCare video visit with one of our providers. This will allow our providers to facilitate health care virtually without an in-person visit.

If you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms please email your name, birth date, phone, email and address to sarasotateam@afcurgentcare.com to register for an appointment.

TeleCare will be available Monday - Friday 8AM-8PM, Saturday-Sunday (8AM-5PM) 7 days a week.

Patients requiring further care will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resources, as needed.

Most insurance companies have agreed to cover the AFC TeleCare visits for the cost of your typical copay. Please call 941-208-1556 to verify that your insurance is accepted.
