Dr. Singh is a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate doctor, serving Fremont, Newark, and the entire Tri-City area of the East Bay.
Dr. Singh completed his medical degree and residency at the University of Delhi, University College of Medical Sciences. He completed his U.S. residency in internal medicine at Loyola University Chicago, Edward Hines, Jr. Veterans Administration Hospital, Dr. Singh has over 30 years of experience as a physician in Primary Care Clinics, Urgent Care Centers, and Emergency Room settings. This experience encompasses the treatment of patients in all age groups-from pediatrics to geriatrics-with a wide variety of medical issues.
Dr. Singh is sensitive to each patient's unique situation and adapts his consultations and treatment options to accommodate individual needs and concerns. Dr. Singh is a member of the American Medical Association, the California Medical Association, and is the Medical Director of AFC Urgent Care Newark.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.

Manpreet is a certified physician assistant who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered, culturally-sensitive health care here in the Bay Area.
Manpreet attended University of California, Davis and earned her Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior (NPB), Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree and Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies.
As a first-generation college graduate, Manpreet values a patient's overall wellbeing and strives to treat patients holistically, taking into consideration the multifaceted health determinants that inevitably play a role in their wellbeing. She cares about building genuine connections with patients by providing individualized care.
Manpreet is a strong advocate of maintaining and promoting a healthy lifestyle. In her free time when she is not in the office, she enjoys going on scenic hikes, playing volleyball and basketball, and weightlifting. Manpreet is fluent in speaking Punjabi and Hindi.
Elaine is a certified physician assistant with a special interest in emergency medicine.
Elaine was born and raised here in the Bay Area. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology at University of California, Berkeley. Prior to physician assistant school, she gained experience working in emergency medicine, urology, dermatology and ophthalmology. She then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University, Nevada.
As a provider, Elaine feels it is a privilege to support you and your health. She has a passion for patient centered care and encourages you to ask questions and be ready to work together to make the best decisions for your health.
When not in office, Elaine enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, exploring restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.Elaine is fluent in speaking Cantonese.
Wen Yang is a Nurse Practitioner at AFC Urgent Care. As a nurse practitioner, he treats patients as a whole by considering physical, emotional, spiritual, social, cultural and environmental aspects.
Before coming to the USA, he was a physician in China with nine years of practice in Internal Medicine. After coming to the USA, he did medical research for many years at Harvard University and University of Florida. Then he received his nursing degree from International College of Health Science in Florida and completed his Master of Science in Nursing with a subspecialty in Family Care at Barry University in Florida. Wen Yang is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed in California and Florida. He has worked in AFC Urgent Care since 2021.
Wen Yang is a kind, generous, helpful, honest and compassionate care provider with extensive clinical and research experience. He takes care of patients with empathy, dignity and respect. He speaks English and Mandarin.
Wen Yang resides in the San Francisco Bay area. He enjoys swimming, hiking, as well as traveling around the world. Wen is fluent in speaking Mandarin.
Alyssa is a certified family nurse practitioner born and raised in the Bay area.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Allied Health with a minor in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She continued her education in Massachusetts at Regis College where she completed her bachelors and master’s in nursing.
Alyssa is compassionate and works to provide the utmost quality care to every patient that presents to the clinic.
Kevin is a certified physician assistant who earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology at University of California, San Diego. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Kevin was EMT-certified, worked as a Physical Therapy Aide, and coach.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, weightlifting, and traveling. He takes pride in being able to serve the citizens of the Bay Area and wants his patients to feel like a member of the family. Kevin enjoys engaging his patients to take an active part in their health and promotes an active lifestyle for overall well-being. Kevin is fluent in speaking Vietnamese.
Sandeep Kaur (Sandy) is a certified Physician Assistant at AFC Urgent Care. Born and raised in the East Bay, she is humbled to be serving the needs of the community she grew up in. Sandy is passionate about emergency medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, preventative medicine, and providing care in a way that is most meaningful to each of her patient’s individual needs.
Sandy completed her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health at UC Berkeley. She then went on to do public health research at UC Berkeley and Stanford University and work as a behavior therapist for children with autism. Sandy completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant training at California Baptist University. As a first generation Punjabi American, Sandy aims to provide compassionate, patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.
Outside of medicine, Sandy enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, and dancing.Sandy is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
Robert Estis is a graduate of the first class of Physician Assistants which consisted of 21 previous Medical Corpsmen. The success of profession hinged on the first class managing the rigors of the medical profession at that time .Robert has worked in several areas of medicine after graduation. Starting his career at General Motors as their first Physician Assistant. Moving on after the plant was closed to work in Internal Medicine. Robert and his class mates look with pride at the progression of the Physician Assistant Profession today.
