COVID-19 Vaccine Overview:

AFC Urgent Care Natick now offers the COVID vaccine to all eligible patients. We are following regulations from both state and local government to keep communities safe and distribute the vaccine effectively. 

At this time, all Massachusetts residents 16 and older are eligible to receive the vaccine. For more information, please use the resources provided by the State of Massachusetts

If you are eligible to receive the COVID vaccine at this time, please use the appointment registration button above. If there are no time slots listed, it means there are no appointments available at this time. Please check back to the appointment site, as cancellations do occur and time may become available. Please do not call our center to check availability.

COVID-19 Vaccine Massachusetts Phases:

Phase 1

(December 2020 – February 2021)

Listed in order of priority:

(February-March 2021)

Listed in order of priority:

  • Individuals age 75+
  • Individuals age 65+, individuals with 2+ certain medical conditions (only those conditions listed as at increased risk for severe illness), and/or residents and staff of low income and affordable senior housing.
  • Other workers, including:
    • Early education, K-12, transit, grocery, utility, food and agriculture, restaurant and cafe workers;
    • Employees across the food, beverages, agriculture, consumer goods, retail, and foodservice sectors;
    • Meatpackers;
    • Sanitation, public works and public health workers;
    • Vaccine development workers;
    • Food pantry workers and volunteers;
    • Transit/transportation: Uber/Lyft/rideshare services/pharmacy delivery drivers, workers in the passenger ground transportation industry (e.g. paratransit for people with Disabilities, food delivery, non-urgent medical transport), Massport workers other than police;
    • Convenience store workers (under grocery workers);
    • Water and wastewater utility staff
    • Court system workers (judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, clerks), other than court officers who are listed under first responders
    • Medical supply chain workers
      • Workers at manufacturers (including biotechnology companies and those companies that have shifted production to medical supplies), materials and parts suppliers, technicians, logistics and warehouse operators, printers, packagers, distributors of medical products and equipment (including third party logistics providers, and those who test and repair), personal protective equipment (PPE), isolation barriers, medical gases, pharmaceuticals (including materials used in radioactive drugs), dietary supplements, commercial health products, blood and blood products, vaccines, testing materials, laboratory supplies, cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting or sterilization supplies (including dispensers), sanitary goods, personal care products, pest control products, and tissue and paper towel products.
    • Funeral directors and funeral workers
    • Shipping port and terminal workers
  • Individuals with one certain medical condition*

The CDC has defined the list of conditions below that cause individuals to be at an increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19. 


Individuals with 2 or more of these medical conditions are eligible to receive the vaccine in Group 2 of Phase 2.


Individuals with 1 of these medical conditions are eligible to receive the vaccine in Group 4 of Phase 2.

Q. When is the vaccine coming? 

A. The COVID-19 vaccine released in late 2020 for select groups and is now available for all residents 16 and older. 

Q. Who is eligible for the vaccine

A. As of right now, all three phases are eligible to receive the vaccine. This includes all Massachusetts residents 16 and older.  

Q. What are the policies for seniors? 

A. Seniors are currently eligible to sign up for the vaccine on the sign up portal under phase 1 and phase 2 designation. Seniors that live in nursing homes or have multiple comorbidities are eligible for the vaccine as well. 

Q. Is the vaccine safe? 

A. The COVID-19 vaccine is the safest way to protect against the COVID virus. Misinformation on social media and other unverified sites can confuse patients, so it is important to consult with your local medical provider about vaccine safety. Vaccines are the most effective way for communities to build herd immunity against many viruses and diseases. 

Q. What do I need to do to get the vaccine

A. Patients need to sign up through AFC Urgent Care Natick’s online portal if they qualify based on the current vaccination phase. We encourage all potential users to carefully read through each vaccination phase, according to the Massachusetts Department of Health guidelines, before inquiring about the vaccine.
