COVID-19 tests we offer:

RAPID RT-PCR Test:

• Nasal swab analyzed at our center in our laboratory for quick turn-around results.
• Highly accurate
• Available as a self-pay option. Ideal for patients who need test for travel, back to work, attending large event. Cost is $150.
• Results generally available in less than 1 hour.

Rapid Antigen Test:

• Nasopharyngeal or Nasal Swab analyzed at our center in our laboratory for quick turn-around results
• Some antigen tests may not be as accurate as the PCR or Rapid Molecular test
• Used on symptomatic patients when seen by a Provider during an office visit. Covered by insurance
• Available for Asymptomatic patients as a self-pay option for $80 when required for travel or work, etc.
• Results generally available in 15-30 minutes.

PCR (sent-out to lab):

• Nasal Swab or Throat Swab collected at our center and sent to LabCorp to be analyzed.
• Used primarily with symptomatic patients when seen by a Provider during an office visit. Covered by insurance.
• Results generally available in 1-3 days.

Is antibody testing available?

Yes, we offer antibody (or serology) testing for the coronavirus that looks for and detects antibodies in the blood produced as part of the immune response to the virus.

What is the turnaround time for the results?

• The rapid tests results are available the same day - usually within 1 hour.
• PCR testing as a send-out to LabCorp results take about 1-3 days.
• Antibody testing blood samples are sent to LabCorp to analyze. Results are generally back in 2-5 days.

How do we get our results?

• For all of our Point of Care Rapid testing, results are emailed through patient portal or are available for pick-up at our center.
• For PCR and antibody tests—results are available on the LabCorp patient portal or via our secure email, phone call, or can be picked-up at our center.
