In an effort to minimize the spread of infection, we are now able to provide you with an opportunity to hold a TeleCare video visit with one of our providers. This will allow our providers to facilitate health care services virtually without an in-person visit.

TeleCare will be available at this location during the following times:

Mon-Fri 8:00am to 8:00pm
Sat & Sun 8:00am to 5:00pm

Patients requiring further care will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resources, as needed

Most insurance companies have agreed to cover the AFC TeleCare visits for the cost of your typical copay.
