What Is Stress?
When your body senses a threat or a high demand, it reacts to that in a defensive way—even if the threat feared isn't real.
This is also known to some people as fight or flight, where your body is reacting in a stressed way, which is also your body's way of protecting you.

How Can Stress Affect My Health?
As stated, stress here and there is common in life. But if your body remains in a constant state of stress the majority of time, then other health conditions can occur—or worsen.
