Telecare in Beaumont, TX at AFC Urgent Care

In an effort to minimize the spread of infection, we are now able to provide you with an opportunity to hold a TeleCare video visit with one of our providers. This will allow our providers to facilitate health care virtually without an in-person visit.

COVID-19 Testing starts on 4/22 with a scheduled appointment ONLY. Patients will need to have an AFC TeleCare visit first for the screening process.

As of 12-1-20, AFC Urgent Care will be filing the CARES ACT for uninsured patients for COVID-19 PCR testing/visit only. This can be filed with the appropriate patient information needed in accordance to the CARES ACT guidelines. Rapid testing CANNOT be filed under the CARES ACT. COVID-19 evaluations can be done via TeleCare visits followed by testing at the clinic nearest you. Or, walk in for an in-office visit/test at your local AFC Urgent Care clinic.

TeleCare will be available during the following times:

Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am to 8pm

Patients requiring further care will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resources, as needed.

Most insurance companies have agreed to cover the AFC TeleCare visits for the cost of your typical copay. For those patients who do not have insurance coverage, we are offering the TeleCare visit for $49 and COVID-19 testing for $85.
